How do I compare airport transfers?
Enter your pickup airport, destination, date, time and passenger details. Matching offers show the complete vehicle price, capacity, luggage allowance and provider conditions together.
Where do I complete my booking?
After choosing an offer, AirportTransfer sends you to the provider’s website or saved contact channel. The provider confirms availability, takes payment and manages the transfer.
Can I search for a return transfer?
Yes. Select Return in the search form and choose the outbound and return date and time. Both journeys remain together in the same search.
How are children and infants added?
Open the passenger selector, add children or infants and choose each child’s age. Providers can then show suitable vehicle and child-seat information.
How can my transfer company appear in results?
Create a partner account, complete the company profile and verification details, then add the airports, routes, vehicles and prices you serve.
Do I need an API?
No. Routes and prices can be entered manually or uploaded from a spreadsheet. Larger plans can support additional import and feed workflows.
How do travelers contact my company?
You can add your website and available messaging channels. The website is used first; when none is listed, travelers can continue through your saved WhatsApp, Telegram or Viber contact.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Use the Forgot password link on the sign-in page. Enter your account email to begin the reset flow.
Can I sign in with Google or Apple?
The sign-in and registration screens include Google and Apple options alongside email access. Live authentication will be connected during backend implementation.
Are the prices per passenger or per vehicle?
Results present the total price for the complete vehicle unless an offer clearly states otherwise. Passenger and luggage capacity remain visible beside the price.
Who handles cancellations and refunds?
The selected transfer provider handles booking changes, cancellations and refunds according to the conditions shown with its offer.
Does AirportTransfer operate the vehicles?
No. AirportTransfer is a comparison and advertising platform. The listed provider operates and remains responsible for the transport service.
